Are you confused?Japanese language has lots of pronouns.To understand easily, I will show you in this article!!
Compared with English,Chinese and so on,Japanese language has lost of pronouns.It's too difficult to memorize all.
In English I is only one.But There are lots of I in Japanese.
For example:
ore(俺),boku(僕),watashi(わたし),watakushi(わたくし),
soregashi(某),sessha(拙者),oidon(おいどん),
oira(おいら),wai(ワイ),washi(ワシ)…
Everything means I.
So I'll simplify to learn Japanese pronouns.I'll show you basic pronouns as below.
Basic personal pronouns

she | kanojo-wa | かのじょは |
it | sore-wa | それは |
We | Watashi-tachi-wa | わたしたちは |

they | sore-ra-wa | それらは |
Ususally "は" pronounces "ha" not "wa".But in these case(Personal pronounces + は) we pronounce "wa"
Ex:
-わたしはじょんです watashi-wa John desu.
I am John.
-あなたはぽーるです anata-wa Paul desu.
you are Paul.
-じつのところ、かれはうちゅうじんです jituno-tokoro kare-wa uchu-jin desu.
To tell the truth,he is alien.

It's my turn.Draw it!!
-わたしの戦闘力は53万です。 watashi-no sentou-ryoku-wa 530000 desu.
My power level is 530000.

Ex:

Do you know 朕?
Have you ever heard "朕"?It calls "Tin".This is one of personal pronounces but it can allow to use this only by Japanese Emperor.But it is not used this personal pronounces after WWII.
This is special word.When the emperor tries to say "I",say "朕"(Tin).But this "I" means "We",not I.
Ex
-朕は国家なり。 Tin-wa kokka nari.
We are the states.
